As a Registered Nurse, you will join a dedicated healthcare team where you can make a meaningful impact on patients' lives. This role provides direct clinical patient care, assuming responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing care on a per-shift and unit level basis. You will coordinate patient care using a multi-disciplinary approach, developing and modifying plans of care as patient conditions change. Beyond direct care, you will supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated and support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe nursing care and appropriate resource management.
