About the Role
This position provides compassionate, effective outpatient clinical wound care to patients, often within a fast-paced environment. The role serves as a vital link in the patient care continuum, combining direct clinical intervention with comprehensive case management.
You will work under the guidance of clinic physicians and the Clinical Coordinator to deliver high-quality care. A significant portion of the day involves performing complicated wound care using center-recommended products and protocols, while simultaneously managing a group of patients. Your responsibilities extend beyond treatment to include educating patients and caregivers on proper wound care and prevention strategies, ensuring they are equipped to manage their health effectively.
Effective collaboration is central to this role. You will communicate regularly with other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care, analyze data to maximize healing outcomes, and maintain accurate, timely charting. The position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic setting, ensuring that every patient receives mature, professional attention.

Requirements

- verifiedBasic computer skills
- verifiedAbility to read and speak Spanish (preferred)
Nice to Have
Experience in general nursing, wound care, hyperbaric oxygen, and outpatient clinical operations. Ability to read and speak Spanish. ACLS certification.
