About Cornerstone Specialty Hospitals Round Rock
Cornerstone Specialty Hospitals Round Rock is a long-term acute care (LTAC) hospital dedicated to treating patients recovering from post-intensive care and managing medically complex conditions. We provide three distinct levels of care: LTACH, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient wound care. Our facility offers both intensive care and telemetry-level services, ensuring advanced monitoring and support for those requiring extended medical attention.
Our multidisciplinary team is committed to creating personalized treatment plans that help patients achieve significant recovery and successfully transition to the next level of care. Our 12-bed acute rehabilitation unit is specifically designed for patients ready to progress to intensive therapy, offering 15 hours of therapy per week. Additionally, we provide comprehensive outpatient wound care services, featuring two treatment rooms and a Hyperbaric oxygen suite with two individual chambers.

ScionHealth is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Postsecondary certificate, diploma, or program graduation from an accredited school of nursing; Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) – State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure; Basic Life Support (BCLS); Six (6) months of Medical/Surgical nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred; and Experience demonstrating critical thinking, decision-making, and effective prioritization preferred.
