About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our Bismarck facility, you will be part of a caring and compassionate team dedicated to the well-being of our residents. Your role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care, from preventative health maintenance to diagnosis and treatment. You will collaborate closely with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team of providers to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans that meet unique needs.

In this position, you may serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe and reliable administration of care. You will function within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to the standards of practice and ethics outlined by the American Nurses Association and state regulations. Your work ensures that residents receive high-quality support in all phases of their care journey.
