HCA Florida Blake Hospital is a 380+ bed facility located on a thirteen-acre campus by the Gulf Coast beaches in Bradenton, FL. As the only state-designated Level II trauma center in Manatee, Sarasota, and DeSoto Counties, we provide comprehensive services including 24-hour emergency care, open-heart surgery, burn care, cancer care, joint replacement, and inpatient rehabilitation. About the Role

As an RN Registered Nurse Rehab PRN, your voice to influence patient care is valued and empowered at every turn. Whether through open, collaborative relationships with your direct manager or formal opportunities through hospital councils and national nursing initiatives, you will help shape decisions that elevate both patient outcomes and the future of nursing.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department requirements and state standards. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.
