We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team at the St. Vincent Care Center in Bismarck, ND. In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, collaborating with families, interdisciplinary colleagues, and providers to plan and evaluate care plans.
You will serve as a vital link in preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. The position may include charge nurse duties, requiring you to delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe and reliable care delivery. You will practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to the standards of the Nurse Practice Act and the Code of Ethics for Nurses.
