At our Bismarck facility, the Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. This position involves collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues—including providers—to plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care strategies.
You will practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to age and population-specific standards. Your responsibilities include coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, providing education, and performing various nursing interventions across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. The role may also involve serving as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe and reliable care delivery.
