Join a not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of history providing housing and services to seniors. We are committed to delivering quality care and service within a Christian environment.
At our Bismarck facility, you will join a team of caring and compassionate staff dedicated to the well-being of our residents. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
You will practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to the standards of the American Nurses Association and state regulations. Your role involves coordinating care, conducting assessments, and providing education across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. You may also serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe and reliable administration of resident care.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Employees enjoy paid time off, daycare partnerships within the community, and access to scholarships and sponsorships for further education. Additional perks include shift differentials for nights, weekends, and pick-up shifts, as well as direct access to earnings daily.
