About the Role
Come join our team of caring and compassionate staff at our Bismarck facility (GSS ND Bis St Vincent Care Ctr). As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, collaborating with families, inter-disciplinary colleagues, and providers to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
You will practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, caring for residents through all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. This role involves coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, and providing education. You may serve as a charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe and reliable administration of care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.

Requirements
- verifiedGraduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
- verifiedBachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- verifiedUnencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- verifiedMultistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
Nice to Have
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA). Bachelor's Degree in nursing.
