At our GSS ND Bis St Vincent Care Ctr in Bismarck, ND, you will join a team of caring and compassionate staff dedicated to the well-being of our residents. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
Your day will involve caring for residents through all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. You will coordinate care, conduct assessments, and provide education while practicing within the full scope of nursing expertise. In this role, you may serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel to ensure safe and reliable administration of resident care.
