Join a not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of history providing housing and services to seniors. Our mission is rooted in a commitment to quality care and service within a Christian environment. We are dedicated to fostering a community where compassion drives every interaction.
At our Bismarck facility, you will join a team of caring and compassionate staff dedicated to the well-being of our residents. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care plans. Your role involves caring for residents through all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
You will serve as a vital link in the coordination of care, resident assessment, and education. Depending on the shift, you may act as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe, reliable administration of care. Your practice will be grounded in the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules of the state.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Employees enjoy paid time off, daycare partnerships within the community, and access to scholarships and sponsorships for further education. We also provide shift differentials for night, weekend, and pick-up shifts, along with direct access to earnings daily.
