As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our Bismarck facility, you will be the cornerstone of our care team, utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to our residents. Your role extends beyond clinical tasks; you will collaborate closely with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care strategies.
You will practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to age and population-specific standards. From preventative care and health maintenance to diagnosis and treatment, you will coordinate care, conduct assessments, and educate residents and their families. In this position, you may also serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe, reliable administration of care. Your practice will be guided by the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by the American Nurses Association.
