About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team in a PRN capacity. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care that aligns with the specific requirements of the department and the scope of practice for the state of Florida. Working collaboratively with medical providers and the broader care team, you will provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage."

Your day will involve serving as a vital advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, ensuring an unparalleled patient experience. You will be responsible for assessing patient pain regularly, performing procedures and monitoring as ordered, and documenting care in a timely and thorough manner. A key part of your mission is to anticipate patient needs, resolve them proactively, and translate complex medical terminology into clear instructions for patients and families regarding their conditions, treatment plans, and lifestyle changes.
