About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Aspire, you will play a critical role in our healthcare team, delivering compassionate care in a community healthcare setting. This position is designed for a dedicated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to the holistic health of our patients. You will be the bridge between clinical expertise and emotional support, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated, comprehensive care.
In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, adapting them as necessary to monitor patient progress. Your day will involve administering medications safely, providing direct care and emotional support to individuals facing complex challenges, and educating patients and their families on illness prevention and health maintenance. Success in this position requires maintaining a high level of empathy and professionalism, even in stressful situations, while ensuring strict compliance with federal, state, and local legal and certification requirements.

Requirements
- verifiedCurrent registered nurse (RN) license in Florida
- verifiedCPR/BLS certification by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- verifiedPsychiatric-Mental Health Nursing Certification (RN-BC) by the ANCC preferred
Nice to Have
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing Certification (RN-BC) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
