About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in the Rapid Response Float Pool, you will be a professional practitioner who assesses, manages, directs, and provides comprehensive nursing care throughout a patient's hospital stay. You will coordinate care planning with other disciplines, utilizing a patient-driven approach across a variety of units. Your day-to-day involves performing age-appropriate assessments, establishing and evaluating plans of care, and collaborating with the health team to ensure seamless communication and high-quality outcomes. You will be responsible for administering medications, managing IV fluids, and implementing specialized care for patients at high risk for injury, all while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
