Recent RN experience in an inpatient acute care hospital setting. 1 year of progressive participation in, and responsibility for, process improvement or healthcare quality management efforts. 1 year of experience with statistical analysis. 1 year of experience leading multi-disciplinary work groups. 1 year of experience with root-cause analysis and safety event review processes. 1 year of experience with clinical effectiveness and quality. 1 year of experience with service excellence and patient advocacy models. 1 year of project management experience.
