This position serves as a dual-function leader within our healthcare system, acting as both a Registered Nurse/Paramedic and a dedicated Performance Improvement (PI) liaison. The role is designed to bridge clinical practice with organizational quality standards, ensuring that staff education is seamlessly aligned with opportunities identified through PI activities.
As an internal consultant and facilitator, you will drive the Performance Improvement Program across assigned areas. You will collaborate with nursing support services to plan and execute the CNE (Continuing Nursing Education) program, possessing the authority and accountability to shape educational strategies that maintain the highest standards of care. This role requires a proactive approach to reviewing current standards of practice and updating educational needs to foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
