About the Role

This position is located onsite at UCHealth CeDAR in Aurora, CO, within the CeDAR Residential Care department. The role provides direct patient care in a behavioral health setting at a proficient level, adhering to the organization's policies, values, and mission.

You will monitor patients to maintain a safe environment, optimize outcomes, and maximize available resources. The position requires handling critical and highly stressful situations with efficiency and composure. You will initiate corrective action whenever patient presentation shows adverse symptomology and respond to care situations utilizing nursing standards and protocols. This role demands critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
