About the Role
This position is located onsite at UCHealth CeDAR in Aurora, CO, within the CeDAR Residential Care department. You will provide direct patient care in a behavioral health setting at a proficient level, adhering to the organization's policies, values, and mission. Your primary focus will be monitoring patients to maintain a safe environment, optimize outcomes, and maximize available resources.
In this role, you will deliver psychiatric nursing to a complex behavioral health patient population within a fast-paced, complex environment. You are expected to utilize nursing standards and protocols to respond to patient care situations, initiating corrective action whenever adverse symptomology is observed. The role requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while reacting with efficiency and composure to critical and highly stressful situations.

Requirements
