About the Role

This position is located onsite at UCHealth CeDAR in Aurora, CO, within the CeDAR Residential Care department. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care in a behavioral health setting at a proficient level, adhering to the organization's policies, values, and mission.

You will monitor patients to maintain a safe environment, optimize outcomes, and maximize available resources. The role requires providing psychiatric nursing to a complex behavioral health patient population within a fast-paced, complex environment. You will be expected to initiate corrective action whenever patient presentation shows adverse symptomology and respond to care situations utilizing nursing standards and protocols. Success in this role demands critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while reacting with efficiency and composure to critical and highly stressful situations.
