This Registered Nurse position serves as a vital component of our onsite behavioral health team at UCHealth CeDAR. You will provide direct patient care at a proficient level, adhering to the organization's policies, values, and mission. The role requires you to monitor patients closely to maintain a safe environment while delivering psychiatric nursing to a complex patient population.
In this fast-paced setting, you will be expected to utilize nursing standards and protocols to respond to care situations, initiating corrective action whenever adverse symptomology is observed. The position demands critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. You will handle critical and highly stressful situations with efficiency and composure, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
