About the Role
As an RN Psychiatric Nurse, you will serve as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based nursing interventions to adult and adolescent patients. Your primary mission is to ensure safe, trauma-informed, patient-first care that supports both individuals and their families. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists and therapists to conduct comprehensive mental health and suicide risk assessments, administer psychotropic medications, and lead therapeutic groups. This role is designed for a nurse who is passionate about advocacy, crisis de-escalation, and fostering recovery-oriented outcomes in a dynamic inpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedActive RN license in Idaho (or compact state with Idaho eligibility)
- verifiedBLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- verifiedPrior inpatient or behavioral health experience strongly preferred
Nice to Have
CPI, MAB, or equivalent crisis intervention/de-escalation training. Psychiatric–Mental Health Nursing Certification (RN-BC). Prior inpatient or behavioral health experience.
