About the Role
As a New Grad Registered Nurse, you will serve as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, providing direct nursing care to behavioral health patients. This role exists to ensure safe, trauma-informed environments where patients receive coordinated care through therapeutic communication and crisis intervention. You will work closely with psychiatrists and support systems to manage patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health recovery.
