We're seeking a staff RN to join our incredible hospital-based team. Pay and Benefits
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $46.80 - $90.30 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCollaborate with the nursing team to facilitate improvement in quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction
- check_circleAdvocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of diverse patients
- check_circleDeliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols
- check_circleOrganize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating on an ongoing basis
- check_circleFoster a learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff, and members of the healthcare team
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Nursing or obtained within 5 years of hire
- verifiedRN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before Jan 1, 2021
- verifiedRegistered Nurse license in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement
- verifiedCurrent BLS Certification
- verifiedACLS, NALS, PALS, TNCC, or NRP certification as required by facility
- verifiedOne year of experience in acute care setting preferred
Nice to Have
Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP). Certification in specialty area. One (1) year of experience in acute care setting.
