About the Role

This position is located at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado, within the Surgical Oncology department. You will join a dynamic team providing top-of-scope practice in direct patient care within specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) units of moderate to high patient acuity. The role operates on a full-time night shift schedule, requiring an onsite presence to deliver exceptional outcomes through a multidisciplinary team approach.

In this fast-paced, innovative clinical environment, you will prioritize wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice. You will contribute to securing safety and quality at the point of care while welcoming new knowledge. The position includes opportunities to model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare or UCHealth, supported by Clinical Educators who guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout clinical orientation.
