The Critical Care Float Pool is designed to support our most critical units: the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and Congenital Heart Disease (CDH) unit. In this role, you will float across these specialized environments, adapting to unique patient needs while maintaining the highest quality of care.
