The Critical Care Float Pool is designed to provide flexible, high-quality nursing support across our most specialized units. In this role, you will float to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and Congenital Heart Disease (CDH) unit. These units range from 15 to 97 beds, offering a dynamic environment where you can utilize advanced evidence-based practice through continuous research and development.
You will work 12-hour night shifts (36 hours per week) in St. Petersburg, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to deliver first-class patient care within a collaborative interprofessional team. We prioritize a nurse-to-patient ratio that ensures the highest quality of care, allowing you to focus on what matters most: your well-being and that of your patients.
