The Critical Care Float Pool is designed to support our most critical units: the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and Congenital Heart Disease (CDH) unit. As a member of this pool, you will float across these specialized environments, adapting to diverse patient needs while maintaining the highest quality of care.

We offer flexible self-scheduling options to help you balance work, family, and personal life, alongside nurse-to-patient ratios designed for optimal patient outcomes. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse seeking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, first-class pediatric care setting.
Interested candidates should apply with a BSN from an accredited School of Nursing (or an Associate Degree with a commitment to obtain a BSN within 36 months of hire). Applicants must hold a current Registered Nurse license in Florida (State or Compact) and possess a minimum of one year of experience as a licensed RN. BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
