The Critical Care Float Pool is designed to support our most critical units: the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and Congenital Heart Disease (CDH) unit. This role offers a dynamic day-to-day experience, floating across these specialized environments to provide high-quality nursing care where it is needed most.

Interested candidates should apply with a BSN from an accredited School of Nursing (or an Associate Degree with a commitment to obtain a BSN within 36 months of hire). Applicants must hold a Registered Nurse (RN) license, either Florida State or Compact, and possess a minimum of one year of experience as a licensed Registered Nurse. BLS certification provided by the AHA is required.
