The Critical Care Float Pool is designed to support our most critical units: the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and Congenital Heart Disease (CDH) unit. This role offers a dynamic day-in-the-life where you will float across these specialized environments, adapting to unique patient needs while maintaining the highest quality of care.
