About the Role
The Critical Care Float Pool is designed to support our most critical units: the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH) unit. This role offers the opportunity to deliver first-class patient care through a collaborative interprofessional team using advanced evidence-based practice.
You will work in a setting that prioritizes the highest quality of care with optimized nurse-to-patient ratios. The position offers a flexible self-scheduling option to help you balance work, family, and personal life.
