The Critical Care Float Pool is designed to provide flexible, high-quality nursing support across our most critical units. As a member of this team, you will float to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and Congenital Heart Disease (CDH) units. These units range from 15 to 97 beds, offering a dynamic environment where you can apply your skills to diverse patient populations.
This role is built on a foundation of collaboration and shared governance, ensuring that nurses have a seat at the table in shaping the care environment. You will work in a setting that prioritizes flexible self-scheduling to help you balance work, family, and personal life, alongside maintaining optimal nurse-to-patient ratios for the highest quality of care.
To join our team, please submit your application with your current nursing credentials. We are looking for Registered Nurses with a minimum of one year of experience. While a BSN from an accredited school of nursing is preferred, applicants with an Associate Degree in Nursing will be considered, provided they obtain their BSN within 36 months of hire. All candidates must hold a valid Florida State or Compact License and possess BLS certification provided by the American Heart Association.
