The Critical Care Float Pool is designed to support our most critical units: the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and Congenital Heart Disease (CDH) unit. In this role, you will float across these specialized environments, bringing your expertise to 28-bed, 22-bed, 97-bed, and 15-bed units respectively.

Our team utilizes advanced evidence-based practices through continuous research and development to deliver first-class patient care. Our Nurse Managers play a significant role in ensuring we uphold the highest standards of patient care. We invite you to apply if you are a Registered Nurse with a minimum of one year of experience and a valid Florida State or Compact License. While a BSN from an accredited school of nursing is preferred, applicants with an Associate Degree in Nursing will be considered, provided they obtain their BSN within 36 months of hire.
