About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our teams in Campton and Plymouth, New Hampshire. This role offers a unique opportunity to step into a calmer, more meaningful nursing position focused on relationship-based care. You will support adolescents in our residential and educational treatment programs, overseeing their medical care and medication administration while collaborating closely with psychiatrists, pediatricians, and the clinical team.
In this day-to-day capacity, you will conduct health assessments, respond to medical needs, and monitor medications and side effects. A key part of your role involves training and supporting staff on health needs and maintaining accurate, timely medical documentation. You will also serve as a vital communication link with families and guardians, ensuring compliance with state and federal standards while fostering a positive culture for both students and staff.
