We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide specialized care for a preteen patient in Dilley, TX. This role is a privilege and an honor, requiring you to work alongside a dedicated team to support a patient with specific needs, including feeding tube management and medication administration. Training is provided for these specialized tasks.
You will be responsible for delivering skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, adhering to individual care plans and physician orders. Your day will involve continuously assessing the patient's condition, documenting all activities and responses, and educating the patient and family on disease processes and self-care techniques. The position offers flexible scheduling options (full-time, part-time, or PRN) with shifts available Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., allowing you to balance your professional duties with your personal life.
