About the Role

As an RN Ortho Trauma, you will join a multi-generational nursing family where your voice matters. You will have opportunities to participate in professional practice councils, advisory councils, and vital voices surveys, partnering with leadership to influence the direction of care. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, acting as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers while embodying the organization's vision and values.

Your day will involve assessing patient conditions during admission and each shift, promptly identifying changes in status, and performing procedures as ordered by medical providers. You will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, translating complex medical terminology to educate patients and families about treatment plans and medications. By proactively anticipating patient needs and resolving them, you will ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.
