About the Role

We are seeking a skilled RN to serve in a hybrid Scrub Nurse and Circulator capacity. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our surgical teams, assisting during procedures while providing comprehensive perioperative nursing care. Your day will involve ensuring patient safety, preparing operating rooms, managing surgical instruments, and supporting patients before, during, and after surgery.

You will collaborate closely with physicians and the surgical team to strategize, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care. This includes performing patient assessments, administering medications as directed, and maintaining strict aseptic techniques. As a key member of the team, you will also educate patients and families regarding their health status and care plans, ensuring service excellence throughout their journey.
