This position is located in the RCH Ortho/Neuro/Sur-Nursing department in Rapid City, SD. You will exercise independent judgment in utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement, and evaluate direct patient care in accordance with ANA Standards of Professional Nursing Practice, institutional policies, and applicable laws.
You will be an active contributor in the prevention or resolution of illness, disability, or injury. The role requires proficient use of technology to support and document nursing activities, access work-related applications, and continuously seek opportunities to improve the quality of patient care delivery through innovative problem-solving. This is a regular, part-time role (20 hours/week) within the Acute Nursing family.
