Our Registered Nurses facilitate relationship-centered, compassionate, quality care through competent clinical practice. You will be an active contributor in the prevention or resolution of illness, disability, or injury, and in the alleviation of suffering. Working in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams, family members, and support systems, you will exercise independent judgment to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate direct patient care.
Located in the RCH Obstetrics-Nursing department in Rapid City, SD, this position offers a 24-hour weekly schedule. You will utilize the ANA Nursing Process to collect data, analyze assessments, and develop individualized care plans. Your role involves coordinating care delivery, providing health teaching, and consulting to enhance the abilities of others and effect positive change.
You will be an integral part of a supportive work culture that encourages continuous improvement through innovative problem-solving. By integrating ethical provisions and research findings into your practice, you will help ensure a safe, effective, and cost-conscious environment for our patients.
