As a Registered Nurse in our Heart and Vascular Unit, you will provide compassionate, relationship-centered care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Whether you are newly graduated or bringing years of experience, you will exercise independent judgment to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate direct patient care. You will work alongside interdisciplinary teams, family members, and support systems to prevent illness, alleviate suffering, and advocate for individuals. Your role involves utilizing the ANA Nursing Process to collect data, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate delivery while adhering to institutional policies and state regulations.
