You will also take responsibility for patient preparation, including intravenous therapy and preoperative medications, while continuously assessing and documenting patient conditions.
Beyond clinical duties, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of nursing. We invest in your growth through mentorship, clinical education courses, professional certification support, and educational assistance. You will also have a voice in unit improvements through regular rounding with unit leaders, including charge nurses, to discuss suggestions for patient care and surgical workflow.
