About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse or Circulator to join our dynamic interdisciplinary team in the Operating Room. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to the care and improvement of human life. You will partner with surgeons, surgical technologists, and providers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while managing evidence-based practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your day will involve evaluating patients prior to surgery, assuming responsibility for patient preparation including intravenous therapy and surgical site verification, and participating in critical safety protocols such as briefings and time-outs. You will assess patient conditions, monitor throughout your shift, and document changes thoroughly. Beyond clinical duties, you will provide education to patients and families regarding procedures and follow-up measures, and you will have a voice in unit improvements through rounding with unit leaders and charge nurses.
