About the Role

This position is based at the UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, Colorado, within the Operating Room department. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to prioritize wellness, patient perspectives, and evidence-based practice.

You will work in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment, contributing to safety and quality at the point of care. The role involves direct care in Perioperative, PACU, or Operating Room levels, adhering to AORN and ABPANC core curriculum standards. Clinical Educators will support and guide your individualized specialty education and training to ensure competency validation throughout your orientation. You will also model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare or UCHealth, welcoming new knowledge as you help evolve our clinical standards.
