About the Role

This position serves as a Registered Nurse within the Operating Room (OR) at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado. You will provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to deliver high-quality perioperative services. The role involves working within a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment where you will contribute to securing safety and quality at the point of care.

You will be part of a team that welcomes new knowledge and models proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare or UCHealth. Clinical Educators will support and guide your individualized specialty education and training, ensuring competency validation throughout your orientation. This onsite role focuses on direct care in Perioperative, PACU, or Operating Room levels, adhering to AORN and ABPANC core curriculum and certification standards.

Working nights offers a unique opportunity to earn more through our Night Shift Incentive Program, which pays $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year) to full-time night shift RNs. Additionally, candidates with 2+ years of OR RN experience at UC Anschutz may be eligible for additional differential pay.
