About the Role

This position is located at UCHealth Memorial Hospital North in Colorado Springs, within the Surgery North department. As a Registered Nurse (RN) in this onsite role, you will provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to deliver exceptional outcomes. You will work within a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative clinical environment, prioritizing wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.

In this role, you will contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care, specifically within Perioperative, PACU, or Operating Room levels of care. You will value a multidisciplinary team approach and model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare or UCHealth. Clinical Educators will support and guide your individualized specialty education and training, ensuring competency validation throughout your clinical orientation. This position operates on a flexible PRN schedule.
