About the Role
You will join the dynamic team at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado, serving in the Operating Room (OR) department. This onsite role focuses on providing top-of-scope practice in direct patient care within a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. You will utilize the nursing process to prioritize wellness, patient perspectives, and evidence-based practice.
As a Night Shift Registered Nurse, you will contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care while valuing a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes. Your work will involve direct care in Perioperative, PACU, or Operating Room levels, adhering to AORN and ABPANC core curriculum standards. You will also have the opportunity to model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and the organization.
To support your dedication, our Night Shift Incentive Program pays $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year) to full-time night shift RNs. Additionally, candidates with 2+ years of OR RN experience at UC Anschutz may be eligible for additional differential pay.

Requirements
