As the RN Nurse Manager, you will provide leadership to our Operating Room and Endoscopy teams at this Magnet-designated facility. You will oversee 14 Operating Rooms, 3 Cardiovascular Operating Rooms, and 3 Endoscopy Suites. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead an experienced group of clinicians in an optimal practice environment that ensures the delivery of quality patient care.
You will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing nursing care for a designated patient population. Your role involves overseeing the 24/7 operation of the patient care unit with accountability for leadership, budget preparation, fiscal management, staffing, planning, employee relations, and patient satisfaction. You will develop programs, policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure patient needs are assessed, evaluated, and met. By modeling proactive, collaborative working relationships across all hospital functions, you will foster an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.
