As a key member of the clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for the operational performance of the Emergency Department. This includes developing long-term staffing schedules, monitoring operational metrics such as agency and overtime costs, and maintaining a departmental dashboard to track progress in people, service, quality, and leadership. You will lead monthly staff meetings to address goals, objectives, and performance metrics, ensuring the team remains aligned with the hospital's mission of providing exceptional care.
