About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room and Trauma unit, you will deliver coordinated nursing care to patients according to established standards. This role involves utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment to supervise nursing staff, coordinate care with other disciplines, and create comprehensive care plans. You will work in a safe, healing, and humane environment, directly providing health information to patients and families while participating in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
