Presbyterian is seeking newly graduated nurses to join our team at our hospitals in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. This opportunity is designed for students approaching graduation or newly licensed nurses (within 12 months of graduation) who are eager to launch their professional careers.
You will join a year-long Transition to Practice Nurse Residency Program, a structured pathway proven to improve engagement and retention by providing a strong nursing foundation for quality practice. Residents will obtain continuing education credits upon completion. This program is a requirement for participation in key units across our system, including Critical Care, Emergency Department, Progressive Care, Medical/Surgical Care, Family Birthing, Pediatric Care, Neonatal Intensive Care, Operating Room, and Hematology/Oncology units.
